Frequently asked questions about body care in general.
Before refilling, first rinse the pump and the container interior well with tap water, and then dry thoroughly.
Mixing with other products or water may compromise quality or cause hygiene issues, so make sure you use the container for the same product, after it’s rinsed and dried.
Some dry hair treatments are designed to be refilled without cleaning the container. In this case, please follow product instructions.
Frequently asked questions about soap and body wash.
They are the same in that you work both into a lather to remove sweat, sebum and keratin, however, their manufacturing process and ingredients differ depending on their purpose. Facial bar soap is designed to remove dirt gently while providing hydration, and normal bar soap is designed to lift dirt from your body, and remove it thoroughly. We recommend using a different type of soap for your body, which has a fast metabolism, and your face, which is delicate as the skin is thinner.
The temperature in your bathroom may exceed 60℃ while you are using your extractor fan.
Such high temperatures can cause products to soften or separate, or in the case of pump dispensers, may cause the air in the container to expand, making shampoo or body soap remaining in the tube or dispenser head leak out.
We recommend having all of your beauty products out of wet areas even while using your extractor fan.
Even though they may look clean, with continued use the parts will deteriorate, and this may affect ease of use. In addition to if parts get dirty or break, we also recommend buying a completely new product about every 3 to 4 refills in order to maintain hygiene and ease of use.
