MEMBERSHIP POINTS

  • Points accumulated will expire on 31st December of every calendar year. Unused points will be forfeited.
  • Points rewarded are based on total net purchase value, excluding the value of discounts, DECORTÉ vouchers and purchase of sundries.
  • Gold Member bonus points ($1=1.2 points) is effective from accumulated spend of $2000 onwards. For the first $2000 spend, points awarded is based on $1=1 point.
  • Points are used for reward redemption and are not transferable and may not be converted to cash.
  • Upon membership expiration, all unredeemed points will be automatically forfeited.
  • Birthday month benefit is applicable only at member’s registered counter and based on a 1 time transaction only.

MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY

  • All Silver & Gold memberships will expire on the anniversary date of registration.
  • Gold Members have to spend a minimum of $2000 within a 12-month period to retain their Gold Membership in the following year. Otherwise, upon renewal, they will be converted to Silver member status.

Terms & Conditions

  • Redemption request is subject to stock availability. DECORTÉ reserves the right to substitute the redemption products with any of similar value without prior notice.
  • The programme, rewards, privileges and Terms and Conditions may be changed, withdrawn or terminated at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
  • Upon termination/expiry of the programme, product exchange/product refund and all points created will be forfeited.
  • Membership points and privileges are non-transferable.
  • Only purchases made at DECORTÉ counters in major departmental stores in Singapore are valid for point accumulation. Purchases made at the duty-free at Changi Airport and Lazada official brand store will not be entitled.
  • Once a request for a reward has been submitted, the request may not be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.
